My daughter ordered one for me in sage and I will admit I was sceptical. A duvet with no cover? I have had it six weeks now. I make the bed in ten seconds, I can lift it myself, and the colour is exactly as muted as in the photo. I have already ordered one for the guest room.

All-Season Duvet 2-in-1 – Duvet and Cover in One
Duvet and cover in one. You make the bed in ten seconds, wash the whole duvet in your own machine, and sleep just as well in January as in July.

A duvet that replaces both the duvet and the cover. You don't change the bedding — you wash the whole duvet and put it back on the bed.
Duvet and cover in one
No cover to wrestle on. No corners to shake into place at eleven at night. The outer layer is the duvet itself — soft against the skin and tough enough to be washed again and again.
The right temperature all year round
The filling is a climate-regulating fibre that draws moisture away instead of storing it. It's precisely the moisture in the filling that makes thicker duvets feel cold towards morning. Here your own body heat stays where it belongs in winter, while the duvet stays cool and breathable in summer.
Washes whole — dries in a couple of hours
The entire duvet fits in an ordinary domestic machine without being stuffed or forced in. With normal bedding only the cover gets washed, while the duvet itself rarely does. Here everything goes in the same wash.
- Machine wash at 40°C, withstands 60°C when needed
- Tumble dry on a gentle cycle
- Air dries in about two hours
- Do not bleach
Two pillowcases included
Every duvet comes with two pillowcases in the same fabric, 51 × 76 cm. If you use larger pillows, for example 80 × 80 cm, we recommend an inner pillow in the matching size.
Material and dimensions
- Outer fabric: microfibre, 100% polyester
- Filling: temperature-regulating climate fibre
- Sizes: 140×200, 160×210, 200×200 and 230×230 cm
- Pillowcases: 51 × 76 cm, two included
- Surface: tightly woven, breathable microfibre — soft against the skin and softer with every wash.
- Fill: ThermoLoft® fibre that holds its shape, stores your warmth in winter and releases it in summer.
- Weight: light enough to shake out one-handed, heavy enough to stay put all night.
- Certification: OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 — free from harmful substances and suitable for allergy sufferers and sensitive skin.
- Stitching: diamond quilting holds the fibre in place, so the fill can never bunch into one corner.
- 150 × 210 cm — single bed, one person. Fits 90 and 105 cm beds.
- 200 × 220 cm — double bed. Our best-selling size, fits 160 and 180 cm beds.
- 220 × 220 cm — wide double, for generous overhang on both sides.
- 240 × 220 cm — family bed and 200 cm wide beds.
Rule of thumb: choose a duvet at least 40 cm wider than the mattress. If two of you share one duvet and one of you pulls, size up — or take one each.
- Machine wash at 40 °C, or 60 °C when you want a proper refresh.
- Tumble dryer safe on a gentle cycle — add two dryer balls for extra loft.
- Air dries in about two hours, faster in the dryer.
- Never needs ironing. Shake it out and put it back.
- Do not use bleach or fabric softener — they leave a film on the fibre.
The whole duvet goes in the machine, not just a sheet. That is why the bed actually gets clean.
I have fought duvet covers for 47 years. It ended the day this arrived. Into the machine, into the dryer, back on the bed. Done. Sand is a shade lighter in real life than on screen, but nicer for it.
WOW it looks good!! 😍 We repainted the bedroom over the summer and charcoal was exactly right against the dark wall. Two friends asked where it was from before I had even finished making the bed. Sleeping cooler than with the old down one, too.
I meant to write a serious review about temperature regulation. I got as far as the fact that Sixten has decided the duvet is his now. He moves in at seven every evening and I get whatever edge is left over. Five stars from both of us, for entirely different reasons. 🐈
Free UK delivery on every order. We process your order within 48 hours, and delivery then takes 2–7 working days.
14-day returns. If the duvet is not right for you we take it back and refund you in full — and you keep the pillowcases.
Three things you notice the first night
Never wrestle a duvet cover again
Nothing to thread on. Nothing sliding apart at three in the morning. No heap on the floor on a Sunday. The duvet and the cover are one and the same piece — you shake it out and the bed is made.
- One motion instead of ten minutes of fighting
- The fill can never bunch into one corner
Always the right temperature
The fibre stores your own body heat when the room is cold and lets air through when it is warm. The same duvet in February and in July — no more two sets in the cupboard.
- No clammy heat, no sweaty back
- One duvet instead of a summer and a winter one
Feels freshly made
The surface is tightly woven microfibre that softens over time instead of wearing out. Light enough to lift one-handed, heavy enough to stay where you put it.
- Soft against the skin from the first night
- Holds its shape after a hundred washes
The Wove duvet vs. a duvet plus a cover
The comparison is against an ordinary fibre duvet with a separate cover in the same size.
Frequently asked questions
What you ask us most — and the straight answers.
No. The cover is woven into the duvet, so what you put on the bed is the whole product. That is the point: when the whole duvet can be washed, the bed actually gets clean, instead of only the sheet.
Yes. The duvet is deliberately built thinner and lighter than a classic fibre duvet without being any colder — 150 × 210 and 200 × 220 fit a normal 7 kg machine. For 220 × 220 and 240 × 220 we recommend 8 kg or more.
Most people are surprised at how compact it is. That is exactly why it dries in a couple of hours.
Yes. The ThermoLoft® fibre is open enough to let air through when it is warm and dense enough to hold your body heat when it is cold. It is the same principle used in outdoor clothing.
If you sleep unusually warm, size up and drape the duvet loosely rather than tucking the edges in.
No. Both the surface and the fill are breathable and moisture-regulating, so excess heat is carried away instead of building up. It is the most common comment we get from people switching from down.
Yes. The materials are OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified and contain no down. Because the whole duvet takes 60 °C, you can genuinely wash out dust and mites — which is hard with an ordinary duvet that rarely gets washed.
Choose a duvet at least 40 cm wider than your mattress. 150 × 210 for a single bed, 200 × 220 for a standard double, 220 × 220 if you want generous overhang, and 240 × 220 for a family bed.
If one of you pulls the duvet across at night, two duvets is almost always a better answer than one bigger one.
It is built to be washed often. The diamond quilting holds the fibre in place, so the duvet keeps its shape, its softness and its warmth even after hundreds of washes. With normal use it lasts for years.
You have 14 days to return it. If it is not right, we take it back and refund you in full. You do not need to send the pillowcases back — those are yours to keep.

What customers say
Every review comes from a verified purchase. We never remove a review for being critical.

We bought two for the cottage after fourteen years of tugging at the same duvet. One each, sorted. They sit neatly side by side without sliding apart, and the cottage is cold in the mornings but we wake up warm. The next order is for the house.
I meant to write a serious review about temperature regulation. I got as far as the fact that Sixten has decided the duvet is his now. He moves in at seven every evening and I get whatever edge is left over. Five stars from both of us, for entirely different reasons. 🐈
I am 79 and my shoulders hurt. I could barely turn the old duvet over. This one weighs almost nothing and is still warm, and lavender was my mother's favourite colour. Honestly the best part is that I make my own bed again.
Four stars because I wish the 240 size came in more colours. Otherwise nothing to complain about: the sand matches the wallpaper perfectly, it is airy without feeling thin, and the guests do not want to go home. Dries quickly too.
Bought it for my daughter's room. She actually makes her own bed now, which I never expected to write in a review. Washed weekly and it has not lost its shape.
Best purchase of the year. Full stop.
Ordered Tuesday, on the bed Thursday. We both sleep cooler, and I have always had cold feet but no longer need the heat pad. A small miracle for the money.
I was convinced it would feel like a cheap sleeping bag. It does not. The fabric is matt and soft, the seams are straight and it sits heavy in the right way. Two months in and it has not lost a thing.
Two for the guest room ahead of summer. Every guest has asked where we got them. One of them ordered the same evening.
Good duvet, but I would probably size up if I did it again. 200 × 220 covers a 160 bed but not much more when you pull it across in your sleep like I do. Nothing wrong with the quality.
I have asthma and a dust allergy. Being able to run the whole duvet at 60 degrees has made more difference to my mornings than any air purifier I have bought.
Minus 24 outside last winter, old house, draughty bedroom wall. We did not get cold. Now in July we sleep under the same duvet and do not overheat either. I honestly do not understand it, but it works.
The bed is made in ten seconds. TEN. I used to hate making the bed and now I do it every morning without thinking.
Ordered one in wine for me and one in charcoal for my wife. It sounded messy in my head but looked great in reality. The colours are muted, not loud.
We have a caravan. This replaced three blankets and a duvet that never dried. Now I wash it at the campsite and it is dry by evening.
Perfectly decent duvet, but I had expected something thicker. It is warm enough, that is not the issue, it just feels thinner in the hand than the photos suggest. My wife loves it, so three stars it is — I am probably the old-fashioned one here.
I live in a studio with the laundry in the basement. Not having to drag down a duvet that then hangs drying for three days is the entire reason I bought it. It delivered.
Fast delivery, neatly packed, no odd smell when I opened it. Plenty of duvets have one. This felt more expensive than it was.
My husband turns over a hundred times a night. With the old duvet I woke up every time it got pulled off me. Now it stays put. That is not marketing language, it is just what happened.
Bought the three-pack. One at home, one at the cottage, one for my mother. She rang to thank me twice.
Four stars. The duvet is exactly as described and the pillowcases were a nice bonus, but my parcel sat an extra day at the pickup point with no notification. Wove could not do anything about that and handled the contact well.
Slept under down for twenty years. Switched reluctantly. Not going back.
Ordered sage after dithering for three weeks between that and sand. Sage was right. It is a muted, almost grey-green tone that works against both white and wood.
I do not usually write reviews. I am writing this one because I wanted to read one. It is warm, it is light, it goes in the machine and it does not look cheap. That was everything I wanted.
Washed six times in two months (dog on the bed). Still looks new, no clumps, no bobbling.
Good stuff. Fitted our old 6 kg machine as well, though only just. Tumbled on gentle and done in an hour and a half.
Two stars has nothing to do with the duvet — my parcel vanished at the courier and never turned up. Wove sent a replacement without me even having to ask, and the one that arrived is genuinely lovely. I am still knocking off a star because it took three extra weeks before I got to sleep under it.
Our six-year-old refuses to sleep without his. He calls it the cloud.
Sceptical 68-year-old bought it because the wife kept on about it. She was right. Again.
I sleep hot and thought I would boil. I do not. It is the only all-season duvet I have tried that genuinely does not get too warm in June.
Lovely, shipped fast, and the pillowcases that came with it match the duvet exactly. It felt considered the whole way through.
Nearly five stars. My only note is that I wish the pillowcases also came in 80 × 80, we have big old pillows. The duvet itself is the best we have owned.
Ordered two for the boat. Damp is always the problem on board — this dries before it has a chance to smell.
I have had mine since March. It has got softer, not worse. That is unusual.
Ordered 220 × 220 for our 180 bed. Perfect overhang on both sides, nobody lying uncovered at two in the morning any more.
Lovely duvet, and even lovelier not to have that ten-minute fight with the cover every fortnight. My back thanks you.
Stayed at my in-laws for a weekend and slept under theirs. Drove home and ordered immediately. It was that simple.
Terracotta was unexpectedly beautiful in real life — warmer and less orange than in the photo. The room felt cosier straight away.
Good duvet. Four stars because I think the size guide should be clearer on mobile, I ordered the wrong one at first. The exchange was painless and support replied in twenty minutes.
We have three children and a washing machine that runs every day. The duvets going in with the normal wash has changed the whole week.
Delivered in three days, quality beyond expectations, price felt fair with the two-pack discount. Nothing to fault.
Bought off-white and was terrified it would get dirty immediately. It did. Then I washed it and it went white again. That was rather the whole point.
Sleeping alone in a 105 bed with the 150 × 210. Plenty of margin, no cold back.
I ordered one, loved it, ordered two more within a week. That probably says it all.
After four months of daily use: no clumps, no cold spot, no discolouration. That is the review I wanted to read before I bought.
